Die Paste No
Clean-Typ eignet sich hervorragend zum Löten von SMD- Teilen bei Prozessen, bei
denen keine Reinigungsphase berücksichtigt wurde. Das Produkt enthält als
Bestandteil - außer Metallpulver - auch Flussmittel auf der Basis von Harzen
und Lösemitteln, dazu auch Aktivatoren, die die Oxide beseitigen, tixotrope
Zusatzstoffe, die Klebrigkeit und Plastizität garantieren. Die Paste verliert
ihre physischen und chemischen Eigenschaften nicht mal nach 20 Stunden Wirkung
auf einer PCB- Platte. Die Zeit ist von den im Raum herrschenden Bedingungen
wie Feuchtigkeit und Temperatur abhängig.
